I took care of the grandchildren on Friday, and of course took some pictures during the day. Here Brooklynn and Dawson are watching a squirrel at the bird feeder. We promptly scared it away so the birds could eat.

Brooklynn is always ready with a "Cheese!" no matter what she is doing.
We picked Lexy up at school and she came to our house and helped us make cookies. Quite a trial with 3 kids that all want to help. But we did it, and even frosted them.
Papa and Dawson and Lexy are watching Peter Pan, until Dawson fell asleep. And it wasn't too much longer and Papa snoozed too.
Fun day. I was exhausted when they left. But I always love to see them come, and also to see their father show up and take them home.
