Finally- Some Sun!

We finally saw the sun, and the grandkids and I took full advantage of it. The pool was cool, but that didn't keep us out if it. Brooklynn LOVES being in the pool, steps off the steps and goes under, and comes up with a smile on her face. You have to keep a close eye on her, because she goes under so fast. I think she will take after her grandmother when it comes to love of swimming. (I hope so!)














Lexy enjoys being in the pool too, and does very well with just these floaties on. She even jumps off the step, goes under, and swims off, just to do it all over again. She tries swimming a little with out the floaties, and will probably not even use them next year. You have to watch out because she usually makes a big spash!



















Dawson seems to be getting the hang of it. He doesn't like to go under, but will get his hair wet by tipping his head in. He blows bubbles, and loves to be helped over to the pump. He has come a long way this summer.















Kenny snapped this one of me with all three kids on my hips and knees. It wasn't real easy, but it was lots of fun. I certainly hope this is the beginning of their love of the water, and to feel comfortable around it. By the looks on their faces, I think they are on their way. A great day on the deck and in the pool.
